1. Biographical information:  On a separate sheet, please attach an account of your life. We would be interested to hear about your family background, significant events, influences, whether you play a musical instrument, your interests, and anything else which you might consider important.
2. Your motivation letter telling us why you would like to study Eurythmy
3. CV – please provide a chronological CV, including previous studies, all qualifications gained and any periods of employment
4. Your photograph (passport size)
5. Copy of your passport (page with the picture)
6. Medical form
7. Your school leaving certificate and educational certificates
